Viva Mexico Blanco

100% pure agave tequila

Process: With agave from 6 to 8 years, slow cooking, fermentation for a minimum period of 200 hours, with double distillation in copper still.

Alcoholic volume: 40%, 38%

Tasting chart: The principle of the sip immediately transports us to the aromas and flavors of the raw agave; As we let the air in, it opens with elements of mint, thyme and jasmine and a slight laurel flavor.

It is a soft tequila with touches of different sweetness that when spit or drink it has a long finish and leaves you a slightly bitter spicy that invites you to taste it again.

White tequila has a nose in which you can see more notes of aromas than flavors (fruit).

Viva Mexico Reposado

100% pure agave tequila

Process: With agaves of 6 to 8 years, slow cooking, fermentation for a minimum period of 200 hours, with double distillation in copper still.

Aging: Average of 4 months in American oak barrels.

Alcoholic volume: 40%, 38%

Tasting chart: In the glass you can see an amber color that invites you to appreciate the thickness of your body.

It has full aromas but unlike white are less obvious, you can find jasmine tones that are enriched with the notes of the barrel (wood chips) such as chocolate and vanilla, soft tequila with a light spicy pepper with different sweetness and a long ending. It also has a very broad nose that shows varied aromatic notes from fruit trees to cocoa and vanilla.

Viva Mexico Anejo

100% pure agave tequila

Process: With agaves of 6 to 8 years, slow cooking, fermentation for a minimum period of 200 hours, with double distillation in copper still.

Aging: Average of 18 months in American oak barrels.

Alcoholic volume: 40%, 38%

Tasting chart: In sight we find a straw yellow color. It has a clean nose with slightly sweet notes and fruity aromas, in addition to others typical of a wood prepared to keep tequilas in its entrails for long periods.

The palate has a sweet and fruity touch. It is from the first sip where they begin to find characteristics of dried fruits like red raisins; It has the gift of keeping you with a constant bite between the perfume of flowers where the vanilla is interspersed with coffee, chocolate and a touch of pepper. The taste in the mouth, is to invite the next drink and appreciate a touch of marzipan (nougat) with the own wood of American oak, a combination of sweet with a hint of bitterness that makes it charming.
